SUMMIT CENTER
FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT
AT SUMMIT, WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY CHILD CAN LEARN APPROPRIATE SOCIAL
BEHAVIOR AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS THAT WILL IMPROVE
THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AT HOME AND IN THE COMMUNITY
about us
At The Summit Center for Child Development, we
believe that every child can learn appropriate social
behavior and effective communication skills that will
improve their quality of life at home and in the
community.
To achieve this goal, we use evidence-based
methods that are founded on the principles of applied
behavior analysis to promote skill acquisition and
decrease challenging behavior.
We provide one on one ABA instruction
in a preschool setting, using individualized curriculum
based on in-depth skills assessment we conduct to
determine a child's current strengths and weaknesses.
We also provide functional assessment and treatment
of challenging behaviors, and objective measurement
of progress for evaluation and modification
of each child’s curriculum.
