As an RBT for Summit Center for Child Development you will be working one-on-one with your client/s in both a classroom setting and during activities and play throughout the center (did we mention we have a playground?) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will receive training on the unique errorless teaching system we use, weekly supervision from your BCBA, and be surrounded by fellow RBTs who are happy to answer questions and help along the way, ensuring that you are set up for success!

In addition to helping your client achieve their individualized goals, you will also assist them in group activities like art, PE, circle time, and our seasonal kindergarten readiness program.

Our students all work very hard and of course, PLAY very hard! At SCCD you will make sure that your client is reinforced appropriately, quickly, and given plenty of time and encouragement to play, explore, and also engage with their peers.
